How does it work? PDF Print E-mail

It really couldn’t be simpler. Our website is fully equipped to enable you to easily create the advert that your property deserves. Describe your property, describe your garden, describe your rooms, add the measurements and upload your photographs. Then you pay, and that’s it. We then take over and ensure your property credentials are advertised both nationally and locally. We do not supply for sale boards, but you can contact one of our partner companies direct to purchase one if you require.

Your property will be advertised on fish4homes, channel 4, email4property, and nestoria as well as appearing on over 100 local newspaper websites. Your listing can also be found by users that are searching for property for sale on the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN to name but a few.

At the time you create your advert, you will tell us how you want to be contacted by prospective buyers. This can be by phone or by e-mail. After placing your advert, you can then expect prospective buyers to contact you by your chosen method.

It will then be up to you to arrange a viewing with the prospective buyer or provide them with further information, as necessary (see our advice on this on our advice pages).

Your advert will remain live for a period of 6 months, and we will ensure it is advertised as described for this period of time. If you haven’t sold your property within this period of time, you can purchase additional months for a small cost.

It will be necessary to negotiate a selling price with the prospective buyer if they choose to make you an offer. Again, you can find plenty of help, advice and guidance on this on our advice pages.

Once you have accepted an offer on your property, it is important to update your advert to reflect this and your properties new status. Doing this is very straight forward, and we will provide you with easy to follow instructions to help you with this. If things don’t work out with the offer, it is just as easy to set the status of your advert back to “For Sale” and thus be advertised again.
