You use our easy to use website to create a listing for your property. We have designed the website to be super easy to use. We guide you through the process of describing your property and each of the rooms including the measurements. You then upload photographs and pay us.
We will then review your listing and providing everything is in order, we will publish it on our own website, and also ensure it is published on other leading property websites so that your listing can be seen by as many prospective buyers as possible.
During the process of creating your listing, you will tell us how you would like potential buyers to contact you. Once your listing is published, remember to keep checking your e-mail inbox and your answer phone for enquiries or requests for viewings.
It will then be your responsibility to answer queries or set up viewings, and to accompany potential buyers when they arrive for a viewing.
When a potential buyer intends to make you an offer, they will contact you to do this, and you will handle the negotiation directly with them.
Once you have accepted an offer, it is important to update your property listing on our website to reflect that it is no longer ‘for sale’. This is important so that you do not receive any further unwanted approaches. Again, this is a very straight forward process, which we will provide you with full instructions on how to do it.
