If you have a sole selling rights agreement, this means that the agent is entitled to claim commission even if your buyer is found through private advertising. In these cases, we strongly recommend that you don’t advertise with us as you will end up being charged twice, once by us and once by your agent.
If you have a sole agent agreement, there is nothing stopping you from advertising your property for sale privately with us, as we do not act in any way as an estate agent.
